Event Basics

Embrace Conference 2027 will take place at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Tuesday, April 20 through Thursday, April 22, 2027.
The official hotel stay is:
Check-in: Tuesday, April 20, 2027
Check-out: Thursday, April 22, 2027
Conference programming concludes Wednesday evening at 11PM. There is no scheduled conference programming on Thursday.

Embrace is open to Farmers Insurance agents, District Managers, agency staff, Farmers employees, approved sponsors and vendors, and guests of eligible attendees.
All attendees and guests must be 21 years of age or older.

Business casual attire is recommended for daytime conference programming.
Upscale casual attire is appropriate for Wednesday evening.
Alcohol may be served during certain Embrace functions. All attendees and guests must be 21 years of age or older, and valid identification may be required.
Attendees must also follow all Mandalay Bay and applicable venue smoking policies.
Payment

Payment for attendee registration is available through Folio deduction only.
During registration, attendees will choose:
1 Folio deduction
3 equal Folio deductions
6 equal Folio deductions
All deductions begin with the June 2027 Folio.
No credit card, ACH, check, or other attendee payment options are available.

Staff, spouse, and guest registrations will be deducted from the agency principal’s Folio.
VIP upgrades are also included in the selected Folio deduction schedule.
Attendees may review applicable deductions directly on their Folio.

If an attendee leaves Farmers before all scheduled Folio deductions have been completed, the remaining unpaid balance becomes due at termination.

Yes. Attendees will be asked to provide dietary restrictions and relevant food-allergy information during registration.
Hotel & Travel
What is Included
-
The Embrace/Farmers event team will coordinate hotel reservations based on the information provided during registration.
Attendees should not separately book the official conference hotel stay if accommodations are included with their registration.

The official Embrace hotel stay is Tuesday, April 20 through Thursday, April 22.

Attendees should plan to arrive at Mandalay Bay by approximately 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 20 so they have enough time to check in for Embrace and be ready for the Vendor Expo beginning at noon.
Hotel rooms may not be available until the standard 4:00 PM check-in time.
Embrace will provide a luggage storage area so attendees can participate in conference activities while waiting for their room.

Yes. Hotel taxes and resort fees associated with the official Embrace hotel stay are included.
Attendees will still be required to provide a credit card directly to Mandalay Bay for incidentals and personal charges.

Yes. Additional nights may be requested through registration and are subject to hotel availability and the rate available through the registration page.
All hotel changes, additional-night requests, and special requests should be submitted by February 28, 2027.

Yes, but all room type, bedding, room location, adjoining-room, and similar requests are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed.

Local attendees or attendees with an extenuating rooming circumstance should email:

Hotel-room occupancy arrangements are between the attendee and Mandalay Bay.
However, anyone who is not registered for Embrace will not receive an event credential and will not be permitted into credentialed Embrace areas or functions.

Airport transportation is not included with standard registration.
VIP attendees receive upgraded one-way Uber transportation from Harry Reid International Airport to Mandalay Bay.
Return airport transportation is not included.
Parking is also not included. Attendees should refer directly to Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino for current parking policies and rates.

The VIP Upgrade is $499 per registered attendee and availability is limited.

VIP may be added after registration if inventory remains available.
VIP sold out within minutes last year, so availability should not be expected. There will be no VIP waitlist once inventory is sold out.
The VIP Upgrade may be removed prior to February 28, 2027.
After February 28, the normal non-refundable policy applies.

Yes. The $499 VIP Upgrade is per person.
Sharing a W suite with a VIP attendee does not provide VIP credentials or VIP benefits to the other occupant.

The W Hotel Suite Upgrade applies only to the official Embrace stay.
Additional nights before or after the conference are subject to availability, and the W room type may not be available for those additional nights.
Guests & Wednesday Evening

Spouses and adult guests age 21 or older may attend the full conference if they purchase their own conference registration.
Adult guests age 21 or older who are not registered for the full conference may have the opportunity to purchase a Wednesday Dinner, Networking & Entertainment ticket for:
$199 per person
Wednesday evening guest tickets will be available onsite only and are subject to availability.
Full conference registration already includes Wednesday evening admission.

The location and additional details will be announced closer to the conference.

Break Through Sessions are targeted conference experiences designed around different stages of an attendee’s agency and business journey.
During registration, attendees will answer a short series of questions regarding their agency experience and business profile.
Embrace will use those responses to recommend the Break Through experience that may be most relevant.
The recommendation is guidance only. Attendees may choose a different Break Through experience onsite if they prefer.

Speaker and additional programming announcements will be released closer to the conference date.

Select presentations and conference materials may be made available following the event through the Embrace website and/or FIG Events app.
Not all presentations or sessions are guaranteed to be available afterward.

Embrace Cancun 2026 attendees receive exclusive early access beginning:
Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT
Early Registration Price: $1,599 per attendee
Cancun attendees must use the registration code provided to them via email.

The $100 early-registration discount is available only through:
11:59 PM PT on October 27, 2026
If the deadline is missed, the discount cannot be extended, retroactively applied, or honored after the deadline.
General registration opens:
Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM PT
Standard Registration Price: $1,699 per attendee

Registration is scheduled to close on:
February 28, 2027
Registration may close earlier if the conference sells out.
The deadline to cancel a conference registration for a refund is also February 28, 2027.
Cancellations received after February 28, 2027 are non-refundable.

Each attendee must complete a separate registration.
Registrations are not transferable.
Name changes are not permitted after February 28, 2027.
Agency principals registering staff members, spouses, or guests will have those registrations charged through the agency principal’s Folio.

There are no refunds or credits for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, unused hotel nights, missed meals, or missed conference activities.
Any applicable Folio deductions will remain due.
Event App & Credentials

Yes. Embrace will use the FIG Events app.
Access and instructions are expected to be released a few days prior to the conference.

Yes. Embrace credentials are required for all official conference functions, including sessions, meals, Vendor Expo activities, networking events, VIP areas, and Wednesday evening programming.
A lost or misplaced conference badge is subject to a:
$1,000 replacement fee
Attendees should keep their credential secure throughout the conference.

Requests should be submitted by February 28, 2027 whenever possible.
Sponsors & Vendors

Sponsors and vendors will register through the same Cvent registration platform used for attendee registration.
Sponsors will select the sponsor/vendor registration path and applicable sponsorship package within Cvent.
Sponsor/vendor payment is handled separately from attendee Folio deductions. Sponsors and vendors will be contacted directly regarding available payment options.
Additional exhibitor information and fulfillment requirements will be provided following registration.
