FAQs
-
Attendance is limited to Farmers Insurance agents, district managers, employees of Farmers Insurance, staff members of registered Farmers agents, and their immediate family members.
-
Yes, spouses and immediate family members are welcome to travel with you to the resort. If you are bringing your spouse or another adult guest, you will need to register under the double occupancy rate. This rate is fixed regardless of whether your guest chooses to attend all, some, or none of the scheduled events.
By booking double occupancy, your spouse or adult guest will have full access to all official Embrace 2026 activities, including daily lunches, offsite excursions, receptions, networking fairs, and general or breakout sessions, should they wish to participate.
Please note: Embrace 2026 is a professional, work-focused event. Children and minors are not permitted at registration or at any official Embrace events, including general sessions, offsite dinners, lunches, breakouts, or networking activities. If you travel with children, you must arrange for their care during all conference-related activities.
Important: Only the registered primary attendee and their spouse or adult guest (double occupancy) are eligible to attend official Embrace 2026 events. Any 3rd or 4th person sharing a room will not be eligible to participate in any part of the conference. If a 3rd or 4th person wishes to attend conference activities, they must register separately under their own room reservation.
If you would like to add a 3rd or 4th person to your hotel room (who will not be attending the conference), this must be arranged individually and cannot be booked on the registration site. Please email conventionhelp@farmersinsurance.com for assistance with these accommodations.
