Important Information for All Sponsors:
Sponsors will be required to purchase rooms at rack rate; detailed booking instructions will be provided closer to the event.
All individuals attending the conference must be registered into a hotel room at The Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, an Autograph Collection by Marriott.
Offsite group activities are limited to the guest count included with each sponsorship tier.
Additional participants for offsite group activities may be added for $125 per person.
The Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, an Autograph Collection by Marriott, is an all-inclusive resort. All meals, snacks, and drinks onsite are included with your hotel room stay.
* The maximum number of attendees included for onsite event access is defined by each sponsorship tier. Each attendee must be a registered hotel guest to participate. Hotel room allotments are fixed per tier, and any additional rooms required are at the sponsor’s expense. Additional attendees beyond the included allotment will incur both hotel room costs and a $1,000 fee per person for event access.
